AS Core - Integrated Leasing, Credit and Factoring administration System
The appearance of the software in 1999
was preceded by nearly three years of software engineering
and work-flow survey. The system has different modules,
60 % of the basic functionality is customizable
using parameters. It integrates the complete functionalities
of the respective parts of the financial sector. The
system has customizable work-flow, it covers sales through
middle office, General Ledger, petty cash, decision support
risk assessment system ... etc. This system is able to
easily handle credits, closed ended-, open ended financial
lease, lease, liabilities sales deals "en masse" or
individual (VIP) deals.

AS system meets the general safety

Optional modules of AS system:
- AS DataStore system: it
is an electronic document management system, linked
to the main AS software. It is able to control
electronic fax, e-mail and scanning circulation,
but also resolves the management of paper documents
registration.
- AS Miracle module: with
this module the financial institutions are able to
handle MIS requirements, with predefined or customizable
controlling, analyzing and planning functions.
- AS Fleet management
module: ideal for fleet management in vehicle financing
(fleet
management, insurance-, damage management, road service;
replacement car, tire management).
- AS Dealer module: with
a system component that is installed at the dealers
can be used for making on-line proposals. The necessary
data for making the contracts The data of the proposal
and the the necessary data for making the contracts
automatically appears in the Financial Institutions'
data bases, which allows quick decision on the credit
and the execution of the contract, which is a market
requirement.
- AS Enterprise module:
with this module those clients, who have more than
150 users can optimize the every day work with the
basic system.
- AS MultiLanguage Control Manager: with this
module, the software can communicate in several languages
with the user. With this module at a given workstation
the language of the system (menus, screens) can be
changed while the program is running (now available
in English language version).
Some of our international clients use systems
for a particular functionality located at their headquarters
abroad. In these cases AS system uses interfaces
to handle data transfer.
AS Light
Our Light version is a collection of best practices and know-how, including the most
common functionalities of the core AS package as a "starting kit" for leasing firms handling up to
5000 contracts. This is a continuously updated product - an ideal solution for greenfield, small and medium sized
financial institutions.

AS Fleet management
module is ideal for fleet management in vehicle financing
(fleet
management, insurance-, damage management, road service;
replacement car, tire management).
AS RoadRunner
The main objective of the AS RoadRunner web/based proposal-giving
system is to provide administrative and technical support to financial institutions in
preparing proposals to clients. The Road Runner is an ideal tool for providing 'external proposals'
to clients. This means, that dealers or subsidiaries can give proposals to
clients without having a direct access to the AS Core system.
The Road Runner module is fully customizable to the demands of the clients,
but at the same time has a strict, pre defined set of orders and conditions.
In order to conduct a valid and a successful deal, the application grants the preparation
and registration of the required, compulsory documents, registers data, stores documents
electronically, provides the possibility of an initial rating as well as sends
the relevant information about the client, the deal and the object into the AS
Core system in a standardized and secure way.
The continuous data flow and communication between the RoadRunner and other
AS components is implemented by the integration mechanism with the AS Core system.
In reality this means that RoadRunner provides actual exchange rate and base rate
information to the subsidiaries as well as a constant communication with the AS Core
module on a partner and on portfolio level too.
During the implementation we paid special attention to the
safety and the user-friendly surfaces. The solution supports the multilingual display,
but the base language is the English. The users of the application have an access to
the proper functions through their rights according to their roles, and the data and lists
are displayed according to it.

AS LeasePoint
The purpose of the AS LeasePoint system is to provide a tool to the
leasing companies which is on one hand secure and easy-to-use,
and on the other hand frees up company resources in an effective way.
The main concept of the system was to create an add-on module to the existing system.
This is a special, scalable sub-system that can be further developed based on individual customer
requirements. The system - as expected from any system used by financial institutions - meets the security
requirements with its own authorization and scalable user privileges and logging of user activities.

AS AnaLease
AdviseSoft continuously supports its clients' demand with a numerous
reporting features, but the pressure to analyze the diverging information quickly,
correctly and flexibly always increasing, therefore our intention is to give a professional
solution for financial institutions by a new data mart tool.
As market leaders we felt that we must be the first to meet
these demands and in 2006 we developed our data mart module based on our transaction
management solution. This is the AS AnaLease module. This new product achieved the
Microsoft "Platform Test for ISV Solutions" certification.
The special advantage of the product is that the format of the statements,
reports can be defined according to the requirements of the actual needs. This capability

Operation, procedures, opportunities
Actually the AnaLease system is the data mart of the lease sector.
The data are transferred from the AS system (or even other third party systems) and
are transformed into a format which can be processed easily. It ensures the continuous update
of information and recording every major event. This procedure ensures that the
actual information should be loaded into the data mart every night. The data mart
contains index figures which are previously defined and calculated by a parameterized
logic of each dimensions. The parameterization is performed by the users, so for example
it is possible to aggregate the types of cash-flows, create categories
(down payment, financed value, etc) by their own criteria.
It can be further refined by using the chosen BI tools, even without involving the supplier.

AS Galaxy
To whom do we recommend the AS Galaxy solution?
We propose our system to telecommunication and cable service provider companies.
AS Galaxy system handles uniformly the CRM, technical, invoicing and financial processes and
contain integrations to provisioning systems (DTV/TEL/NET).
A sales-support web area has been developed (Web agent), along with an e-Technical support interface.
The system is capable to complex solution of Digital TV,
Cable TV, Internet, Telephone and the combination of these,
the service of their sales packages; on the front side with customer
service and technical support solutions, on the back side with financial
and accounting solutions. The new service types can easily be integrated

1. CRM
CRM stores and manages the basic data of customers,
their contracts and related services. The rights of the customer data
handling can be managed and there is a possibility to create separate
client group customer service functions.
2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
With the technical support solution, starting with the sales processes,
the given customer requests can be immediately performed by the eligible employees
of the technical team. The tasks to be implemented are automatically compiled from
the customer's existing services. The process of implementation statuses can be measured
and monitored with the integrated technical support provisioning systems.
3. FINANCE
Finance provides a complex solution to the sales and customer service
processes in finance and accounting supporting tasks (Back Office).
The module is divided into 3 parts: Billing, Bank Collection modules,
